Return Policy

Linen and Lush accepts returns or exchanges on eligible unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise items that shipped to a U.S address as followed:

- Items postmarked within 14 days of fulfillment for a full refund
- items postmarked within 14 days of fulfillment for an exchange
- Items postmarked within 30 days for store credit

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed through Facebook Shop or Instagram Shop are not eligible for Self Serve Returns. Should you wish to make a return, please ensure that your items meet our eligibility requirements (listed below) and send your return to:

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales on markdown items are final.
  • Items purchased as a pre-order are not available for a refund, as these items were ordered exclusively for you. We will only provide exchanges or store credit on pre-ordered items.
  • Merchandise must contain original tags and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and undamaged.
  • In addition to being unworn, merchandise must be makeup, spray tan, and deodorant free.
  • Gift cards are NOT eligible for return.
  • It you believe an item to be defective/damaged upon arrival, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding the item.
  • Intimates are NOT eligible for return or exchange. These items include:
    • Bralettes
    • Bras
    • Bodysuits
  • Accessories are NOT eligible for return or exchange. These items include:
    • Hair Products
    • Beanies and Hats
    • Jewelry


Self-Serve Returns

 

To submit a return please CLICK HERE. Upon approval, you will receive an email from us containing a pre-paid shipping label that can be used to ship your items back to us. The cost of this shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days after delivery of your return for your refund to be processed. 
  • We can not guarantee exchanges on returned items. Should the product(s) you are wishing to exchange be out of stock upon delivery of your return, we will issue a full refund.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of shipping on all returns. 
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original fulfillment date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original fulfillment date to be eligible for store credit.
  • Returns received that do not meet our eligibility requirements cannot be accepted and will be mailed back to you.
  • Please include your packing slip, a receipt, or a piece of paper with your name and order number inside the package.
  • If you have submitted a return request and have not heard back within 1-2 business days, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out! It is possible our response may get sent to spam, ESPECIALLY if you have previously unsubscribed from emails from us.

Manually Mailing Returns

  • Please make sure that your orders are packaged and sealed properly and securely! We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when manually mailing returns.
  • Manually mailed returns still must be approved via our customer service portal HERE. You will still receive a prepaid return. The cost of this label will ONLY be deducted from your refund amount if you use it. You will not have a shipping cost deducted from your refund should you decide to manually mail your return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original fulfillment date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original fulfillment date to be eligible for store credit.
  • Returns received that do not meet our eligibility requirements cannot be accepted and will be mailed back to you.

Late Returns

  • FOR REFUND: All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original fulfillment date to be eligible for a refund. Any returns postmarked after 14 days are ineligible for a refund and will be issued store credit, minus any shipping costs, if eligible.
  • FOR STORE CREDIT: Any returns postmarked past 30 days of original fulfillment date will be ineligible for store credit. Should we receive any returns postmarked after 30 days of original fulfillment date, they will be mailed back to you.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you have submitted a return request and have not heard back within 1-2 business days, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out! It is possible our response may get sent to spam, ESPECIALLY if you have previously unsubscribed from emails from us. 



Ineligible Returns

  • Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. This includes:
    • Items that have any signs of wear.
    • Items that have any sort of damage. 
      • This also includes deodorant stains, spray tan, and makeup.
    • Any "Intimates" or "Accessories" listed above.
  • Items purchased as a pre-order item are not eligible for return, as these items have been ordered exclusively for you. Should you need a different size, please email us at info@shoplinenandlush.com and we will try to exchange the product. Please understand size exchanges are not guaranteed.
  • Any unapproved returns that are not postmarked within 30 days of original fulfillment date will not be accepted. If we receive a return postmarked after the return eligibility date, they will be returned back to you.
  • Any returns received that are approved within 30 days of order fulfillment date but postmarked after 30 days of order fulfillment are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or $7, whichever is greater. 
  • Returns received that are approved within 30 days of order fulfillment date, but are postmarked after 30 days of order fulfillment date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
